The Temple Institute claims that they have everything ready to go, even the Ark of the Covenant.

We have not posted pictures of all of the items. Other sources say that the temple has already been been prefabricated offsite and that they are now simply waiting for the opportunity to reassemble it on the temple mount. However, we have no physical proof of this information.

It appears that some sort of new temple needs to be constructed on the temple mount according to scripture.

     When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Matthew 24:15
